The Asset Verification Department is responsible managing the assets of AMCL through utilizing technology and onsite methods to ensure a minimized level of vacant, abandon and illegally occupied units and facilitating the return of keys. The Asset Verification team is also responsible for the storage of keys for assets that are newly constructed and or not yet assigned
