The Sales Department is tasked with monetizing the mortgage ready assets of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC). The Sales Department is responsible for ensuring that the relevant documentation for a mortgage is provided by the Construction Company Limited (CCL) and Facilities and Estate Management Company Limited (FEMCOL) prior to the engagement of allocated clients to convert to mortgage.
Debt Recovery Department is responsible for managing the debt portfolio of the tenants’ allocated units under the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation. It is further responsible for verifying the assets under AMCL as well as reconciling tenant accounts to ensure accurate balances are recorded.
Commercial Properties is responsible for validating the commercial accounts, executing lease agreements for new tenants, monitoring accounts to ensure that that they do not fall into arrears and actively engaging tenants in reducing or liquidating their arrears. Is also charged with engaging with partner subsidiaries Facilities and Estate Management Company Limited (FEMCol) in ensuring tenant satisfaction.
The Asset Verification is responsible managing the assets of AMCL through the, asset verification utilizing technology and onsite methods to ensure a minimized level of vacant, abandon and illegally occupied units. and facilitating the return of keys. The Asset Verification team is also responsible for the storage of keys for asset that are newly constructed and or not yet assigned
