General Manager - IMBA, MBA, BSC
Jeremy Campbell, joined the AMC team in 2023 and as the new General Manager of Trinidad & Tobago Housing Development Corporation Asset Management Company Limited (AMCL) Jeremy brings eighteen (18) years’ of invaluable experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate & Business Strategy, Project Management and Revenue Generation Initiatives as well as ICT and Corporate Communications experience.
Mr. Campbell, is a multiple scholarship recipient and holder of two (2) Master Degrees, and is in the final stages of completing his Doctorate at the Arthur Lo Jack Graduate School of Business. His dissertation is focused on the implementation of strategies to improve public housing locally, regionally and internationally.

Ms. Siama Fonrose Senior Manager, Rental and Debt Recovery
Siama Fonrose, Senior Manager, Rental and Debt Recovery joined the Asset Management Company Limited in October 2023 and has worked with the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation, the Asset Management Company’s parent company for over seventeen (17) years most recently managing the mortgage and rental portfolio for over six (6) years.
Ms. Fonrose is the holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Sector Management and a Master of Science Degree in Project Management both from the University of the West Indies.
Ms. Anaikha Duncan Senior Manager-Sales
Ms. Anaikha Duncan, Senior Manager-Sales, joined the Asset Management Company Limited in October 2023 and has over seventeen (17) years’ experience in the Public Housing Sector with seven (7) years in managing sales.
Ms. Duncan is the holder of Master of Science Degree in Development Statistics and Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies. She has keen interest in clients becoming homeowners so that the public housing programme can be sustained.
Mr. Devan Ramkissoon Senior Legal Counsel - Conveyancing
Devan Ramkissoon is an experienced Corporate/Commercial and Conveyancing Attorney with over fourteen (14) years of experience handling complex legal matters. In his role as Senior Legal Counsel at the Asset Management Company Limited (AMCL), he utilizes his extensive expertise in conveyancing law and property transactions to optimize legal processes within the organization. Devan plays a pivotal role in mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal oversight, which enhances procedural efficiency and operational effectiveness across AMCL’s projects.
Prior to joining AMCL, Mr. Ramkissoon held senior legal positions at the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC), where he led critical conveyancing functions and contributed to significant operational improvements. His experience in corporate governance, contract law, and compliance has made him a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Known amongst his peers for his collaborative and results-oriented approach, Mr. Ramkissoon is committed to fostering strong stakeholder relationships and upholding the highest standards of legal excellence whilst ensuring that AMCL’s legal frameworks align with best practices.
